INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP., AAMC, is an independent professional association management firm established in 1983. The firm specializes in the management of common interest realty associations with programs that guide, assure, and enhance. The firm provides its client associations with industry leading reporting, varied and extensive expertise, resources and purchasing.
INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. was formed by Edward San George, MPA, PCAM the President and sole owner. Mr. San George’s background includes more than 35 years of experience providing consulting and management services for common interest realty associations in New Jersey. He possesses a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating with honors. Mr. San George has attained the PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute and has been an active member in the Community Associations Institute for more than twenty years. He has served on numerous committees and is often called upon to present educational programs for the CAI membership. He has been twice elected to successive three-year terms by his manager peers to serve on the CAI – NJ Board of Directors, culminating with his serving as the Chapter President in 1991. Mr. San George remains active with CAI-NJ and CAI National. He is a member of the Rutgers University Advisory Board for their Center for Real Estate Studies. INTEGRA is also an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and the New Jersey Builders Association.
INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. is presently responsible for providing management services for more than 12,000+ units in 100+ communities. The firm provides its services throughout New Jersey. The firm manages condominium associations, homeowners associations, property owners associations, cooperative corporations, and professional office condominiums, whether they are high-rise, mid-rise, garden, townhouse, or freestanding styles.
INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. is staffed with more than 30 employees consisting of trained managers, accountants, bookkeepers, and clerks who collectively and consistently deliver competent and courteous services to our client associations. All supervisory responsibilities are ultimately vested with the President.
INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. provides accounting services under the talented eyes of our Controller, Karen Spendley. Karen has been employed by INTEGRA for nearly 30 years. She has an MBA from NYU and has continually maintained her CPA designation. She is responsible for the design and operation of our financial records and reports that our financial software systems produce, and she maintains direct responsibility for the production of financial statements. Our Regional Managing Directors of Tim Clewell, Mike Sutterlin and Michael Flippin all have the PCAM designation and who are stationed in our main office and at satellite offices, directly supervise our managers and bring valued added experience to our community association boards.
INTEGRA MANAGEMENT CORP. achieves a high level of efficiency by utilizing the latest in web-enabled bank lockboxes, ACH electronic funds transfers with Union Bank, Office 365 cloud-based email servers, and voice mail and computer technologies. We utilize Caliber Software ASP service for our financial and property management needs, all hosted offsite with redundant back up and accessed securely though the web. Our IT services are provided by two staff members, Tim Clewell and Shannon Close. They are further supported by our outside IT group of Integrated Business Systems and Access Communications. Our system and staff produce timely and accurate financial records, financial statements, and data base resources. Our managerial and clerical staffs enjoy the use of Apple® lap-top computers with up to date software and printersfor correspondence, budgets, newsletters, and work orders. With their portability, these computers allow the managers to access, utilize, and produce information quickly and efficiently, including in the Board meeting setting. Our managers are connected to the Caliber Software system and can perform a number of tasks and services from: work order management, architectural controls, compliance, invoice approval, email blasts, owner information, and A/Pand A/R look ups.
