INTEGRA Management is both pleased and proud to be managing New Jersey’s largest master planned community in an urban environment and have been doing so since the inception in 1998. This opportunity has given us the opportunity to demonstrate our abilities in managing a master association that currently comprises some 3,000 units of residential housing, retail space, commercial offices, and multiple transportation uses. This community will expand to over 6,000 units and consists of 3 miles of Hudson River waterfront community living and commercial enterprise.
