Homeowner Association
We have an extensive portfolio of community associations that fall into the category of homeowner associations. Homeowner associations are considered fee simple but are developed and operated with a myriad of responsibilities. These responsibilities may be as simple as only open common property, often associated only with storm water detention basins, to attached townhomes where all responsibility for the unit exterior, their lots and common open space property are vested with the homeowners association.
