INTEGRA Management Corp. has obtained the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation. As an Accredited Association Management Company, INTEGRA has achieved and is recognized as possessing a specialized level of commitment and expertise throughout its staff and professional designations. CAI’s designations provide standards for association management that can give homeowners and boards confidence that the staff employed by their management company has the knowledge and ability to provide professional service. Our managers have a solid understanding of all aspects of community association management. As an AAMC company we are also required to meet CAI’s financial management and reporting standards.
